Graph-native EVM routing

Our routing algorithm builds a live graph of token pairs and DEXs. Each possible path is evaluated with a real EVM execution, no approximations. Gas costs are subtracted dynamically from path value to prioritize true net output.

Mace runs on our own Monad archival infra. Umbrasync watches contract deltas, token balance changes, and exchange updates in near-real-time, so our routing decisions are always based on the freshest possible state.
